Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Please email us at davidcarlisleart@gmail.com to initiate any refunds first.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be unopened and sealed in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges for Damaged Products
You must have documented photographs of any carrier damaged packaging before opening! Always take photos of damaged boxes or tubes before opening to inspect. Should you receive a damaged or improperly printed product, you may exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product. You must contact us at davidcarlisleart@gmail.com with your claim of damage or improper printing, which may require one or more photographs to be submitted for clarification. Once we receive your returned product and deem it defective, you will be notified of your exchange and estimated shipping date of the exchanged product. Should your package arrive damaged, you are required to document the damage, prior to opening, with quality photographs and submit them to us with your exchange complaint. Please hold on to the damaged packaging until your claim is settled.
Please Note: This refund policy does NOT apply to any product which includes an original work of art. Some damage is naturally possible due to their modification, field excursions, and general handling to create the original art.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done before shipping occurs, typically 24-48 hours after the order is placed/purchased online from www.davidcarlisleart.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
For exchanges of defective products for the same product, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
